Employment Lawyer

We're on the lookout for an Employment Lawyer with at least 1 years experience to join our award-winning law firm specialising in Employment Law.

Our employment law team are known for running impactful campaigns like Mind the Bump and Disability Matters, where we provide free training and legal advice to both employers and employees.. 
This role is ideal for a solicitor or legal executive who enjoys litigation, especially discrimination cases, and who wants to learn from our heavyweight employment law team.
The position may also suit a solicitor currently working in personal injury or commercial litigation who is interested in retraining in employment law.

Requirements : 
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 1+ years' experience in Employment Law or related fields
- Experience in running discrimination and unfair dismissal cases 
- Ability to carry out own advocacy to at least case management stage 
- Attending our Brighton office for weekly team meetings.
