Salary: Basic: £27,297 per annum Location Allowance: £350 per annum Total: £27,647 per annum Key Details: Contract: Permanent, Full-time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (37.5 hours weekly), with some out-of-hours work required.
Flexibility: Critical for this role due to varying locations and outreach/community work.
Access to your own vehicle: Yes, a valid driving license is essential.
Caseload: Typically 35-40.
You must be able to network to promote the service i.e.
leaflet marketing and public engagement to talk about the service Locations: Depending on service needs, youll typically spend 2-3 days working from home and 1-2 days on outreach/community work or at local NHS sites in Bedfordshire or Leighton Buzzard.
Additionally, you may occasionally work at the Cambridge and Huntingdon offices (depending on service needs).
Should you be successful, you will be required to attend onsite inductions.
Team meetings: You will be expected to attend regular meetings in Little Paxton and various locations in Milton Keynes and Bedfordshire.
Responsibilities: Networking and establishing multi-agency relationships Co-working at local NHS hubs, within the community, as well as being able to travel around Bedfordshire and other sites where needed i.e.
Cambridge, Huntingdon, Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard.
Achieving targets: a minimum of 10 new starts monthly ( starts meaning that service-users must have started with Employment Support ) and 3 caseload engagements daily Representing the organisation proudly in the community.
About you: Experience: Ideally has an employability background, but we welcome candidates from recruitment, or skills sectors.
Must be able to work independently, proactive, and capable of project management.
Location: Must be based within Bedfordshire.
Interview Process: First Stage: One stage interview with a role play and written task (1 hour total) Final Stage: Should you pass, you will be invited for a taster day onsite, and will be asked to complete administrative tasks (Excel, Outlook) to complete on the day.
