Employers Liability Litigation Executive

The Role As the personal injury EL/PL department continues to grow, the firm is seeking to appoint a Litigation Executive to manage their own caseload, advising on liability and quantum for fast track and multi-track cases up to £100,000.

The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with litigated cases in Employers' Liability and Public Liability.

You will oversee cases from initial instruction, which includes taking witness statements, reviewing complex disclosures, instructing counsel, attending conferences and trials, assessing quantum, and making settlement offers.
