Employee Relations Specialist Edinburgh Salary £45,000 - £57,000 Elevation Recruitment – HR Division are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Employee Relations Specialist to join a bold and dynamic company, working within a professional services environment which is commercial, fast paced as well as friendly and honest.
The role can be based in Edinburgh with hybrid working (50% homeworking) with travel to other sites when required.
Benefits include: Flexible, hybrid working policy Generous bonus scheme Up to 25 days holiday (rising to 28 days with service) Holiday exchange scheme Private medical insurance Enhanced parental leave This role is extremely varied, with no day the same and the Employee Relations Specialist will get involved in: Leading on disciplinary, grievance and appeal cases, as well as advising on complex sickness and disability cases, underperformance and hearings / appeals Provide a high level of expertise and support to key stakeholders, as well as coaching teams on best practice to ensure it is consistently applied across the business Working on redundancy and restructuring cases, using effective reporting and offering recommendations The ideal candidate will have: Deep technical employment policy and employee relations knowledge Collaborative and proactive approach, with excellent communication skills The ability to coach and mentor managers and stakeholders, challenging where necessary Excellent People Management skills, driving improvements in performance If you have solid experience and knowledge in Employee Relations, we're keen to hear from you.
