VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with a local public sector organisation to recruit an Employee Engagement Administrator on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
About your next employer A leading local public sector organisation providing services to a wide range of people across Northern Ireland.
This role support all areas across the organisation, particularly focusing on engagement activities and internal events.
About you Minimum of 3 GCSE's at Grade C or above or equivalent, including English & Maths OR Be able to demonstrate at least 2 years relevant experience in a similar post.
Work experience gained in a customer focused environment.
Work experience in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work under pressure Awareness of internal and external customer expectations.
Ability to work confidentially with sensitive information and documents.
What you'll do Support internal activities and employee communications linked to major projects.
Support the development and delivery of communications to profile important milestones and project activities.
support the development and delivery of internal communications resources, including posters, newsletters, emails, videos, podcasts etc Support the team in the management and delivery of internal events, including employee conferences and events.
Support the team in the delivery of employee engagement activity, including employee surveys and internal recognition and engagement events.
Help manage and support queries from across the business linked to our communications platforms and other general queries.
