You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make an impact by:Strategic alignment and harmonisation of 7 existing channel partners across the EMEA regionEnsure continued Channel performance through development of strategic evaluation tools and metrics.Develop consistent pricing strategy and ensure pricing alignment across the region to maximise margin potential.Manage Channel partner relationships ensuring 3M maintains a high share of channel commitment and focus on 3M Glass Bubbles portfolio.Ensuring Legal and Compliance status through robust contractual positioning and ongoing compliance monitoring and environmental scanningDrive new growth opportunities through ongoing training, development and best practice sharing across distribution network.Establish new Channel partners in regions with limited coverage.Shift focus from legacy products to high value portfolio to provide stronger competitive positioning.Collaborate with Channel partners to execute joint marketing campaigns (webinars, trade shows, social media) to generate high quality selling opportunities.Champion 3M sustainability positioning to strengthen brand and improve market competitiveness.Identification and monitoring of market trends, opportunities and risks within the target market sectors.Maintaining highest level of business compliance and quality standards.Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:Strong background of managing complex international channels within chemical/additive portfolio businesses.Deep knowledge and understanding of EMEA Paints & Coatings and Plastics markets.Significant experience within a similar International Channel management role.Knowledge of Advanced materials and/or nano materials.Excellent interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to form strong relationships with internal and external customers/stakeholders.Good knowledge of CRM systems.
