Emea Account Director (Fm & Workplace Services

We are recruiting for an EMEA Account Director for a globally recognised FM & Workplace services business.
With a truly global reach they manage and deliver wide ranging services into high end workspace for technology, pharma, finance and professional services businesss.
As the EMEA Account Director you will be responsible for the following key areas.
Management and delivery of IFM services across multiple territorys Responsibility for a large P&L (5mil) Driving service improvements and ensuring best in class IFM delivery Liaison with in country management teams Leadership of delivery team Upskilling and developing future leaders Identifying commercial opportunities & developing contract scope Building relationships with exec level stakeholders We are looking for a dynamic, customer facing IFM professional with a track record delivering services across multiple territories, its important you have experience working either globally or across EMEA.
