Your responsibilities will include: Email Campaign Management: Plan, create, and implement engaging email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
Develop and optimise automated email flows to deliver timely, relevant communications.
Collaborate with the team on promotional strategies to maximise results.
Audience Segmentation: Continuously refine customer segments to ensure personalised and impactful messaging.
Creative Content Creation: Write compelling email copy and attention-grabbing subject lines that align with the brand's tone of voice.
Design visually engaging emails that resonate with customers and drive conversions.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse campaign performance metrics to uncover actionable insights.
Conduct A/B testing to optimise engagement and conversion rates.
Provide detailed reports and strategic recommendations to management.
E-Commerce Product Management: Manage and optimise product listings on Shopify, ensuring they are accurate and visually appealing.
