As a key part of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional email and SMS campaigns across our brands.

What You'll Be Doing: Work closely with the Senior eCommerce & Marketing Exec to manage and enhance our email marketing activity.
Create and execute engaging email/SMS campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.
Design, maintain, and optimise email templates to ensure standout communications.
Take ownership of our marketing automation programme, driving performance and efficiency.
Oversee and implement A/B testing strategies to improve email performance.
Develop customer segmentation to ensure timely and relevant messaging.
Collaborate with Commercial and Digital teams to align messaging and deliver data-led results.
Analyse campaign performance, spot opportunities, and present insights to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For: 1-2 years' experience in an email/CRM role, or marketing role with email marketing a key part of it.
Understanding of customer journeys, acquisition, and retention strategies.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and drag-and-drop email template editors.
Experience in marketing automation with a keen eye for A/B testing and optimisation.
Strong analytical skills with confidence in using tools like Excel and Analytics.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.
