Role Overview: Jarrang is looking for a dedicated Email Operations Executive to join our Client Services team, on a hybrid working model with three days from our Cornwall office.

Working in the Client Services Team, and working alongside the Design & Development Team, this role is a pivotal part of our service delivery strategy.
Accountable for: Campaign Management Quality Control Reporting & Analysis Proactive Monitoring Tasks Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Brief and manage effective email marketing campaigns based on client requirements Coordinate project production within specified timeframes and budgets while maintaining quality standards Proofread email campaigns to ensure accuracy and quality Track time and be accountable for completing tasks on schedule Client Communication: Build and maintain effective client relationships Provide support and guidance to clients Working within the Client Services team to develop tailored email marketing solutions based on client needs Team Collaboration: Work alongside the Email Designers & Developers to deliver high-quality campaigns Participate in team meetings and client planning sessions Support the wider Client Services team as needed Requirement and Skills - Ideal Candidate: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably within a marketing agency setting Experience with email marketing platforms and tools Knowledge of email marketing best practices and industry trends Excellent attention to detail Proven project management skills, including multitasking and meeting deadlines.
Ability to remain composed and organised under pressure Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data management Interest in customer service, data analysis, and problem-solving Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, whilst working to deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Copywriting or proofreading experience Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Looker Studio While a degree is desirable, we prioritise proven experience in the selection process What We Offer: Competitive salary (£24k - £26k) - negotiable based on experience.
