The Position: As an Email Marketing Account Manager, you will manage 10–15 e-commerce clients as their primary point of contact.
You'll guide them with strategic, results-driven plans to grow their lists, improve revenue, and maintain deliverability.
Your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with a team of copywriters, designers, and Klaviyo specialists to execute approved strategies.
Managing workflows from kickoff to implementation, ensuring campaigns, flows, and popups are optimized for success.
Delivering projects such as email flows, automations, monthly campaigns, popups, and SMS campaigns.
Hosting 30-minute monthly calls with clients to plan and review strategies one month in advance.
Onboarding new clients, leading kickoff calls, and setting clear expectations and boundaries for the relationship.
Handling administrative tasks, including monthly client reports, daily 15-minute team calls, and responding to clients in Slack.
Actively leading both clients and team members, feeling comfortable on calls.

Must-Haves: At least 2 years of account management experience in an agency setting.
Prior experience in email marketing.
Basic knowledge of email marketing software.
Strong understanding of the eCommerce and DTC ecosystem.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with SMS marketing and other retention marketing strategies.
