Now, we're looking for a Digital Designer to help us continue to deliver on our promise and play a critical role in our Marketing team.

The purpose of the role: We're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to play a key role in supporting our growing digital marketing needs.
This position will cover email marketing responsibilities during our Email Marketing Specialist's maternity leave while driving broader digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
You'll manage digital asset workflows, execute targeted email campaigns, and ensure seamless digital channel operations, including the use of Showpad as a digital asset management tool.
This is a dual-purpose role, providing vital support for both email and broader digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities and duties: · Manage digital asset libraries and oversee Showpad usage for sales enablement · Execute and optimize outbound email campaigns to engage customers and prospects · Support data and lead management processes within both CRM and Marketing Automation Platform · Collaborate with the Communications team to deliver high-quality digital/email content · Provide strategic support to enhance brand presence and marketing effectiveness · Update and maintain the company website as needed · Support ongoing digital marketing activities in line with company goals Requirements Experience and Knowledge · Proven experience in digital marketing with success in managing platforms and email campaigns.
· Familiarity with digital tools (Showpad, Pardot), HTML/CSS, CRM systems (Salesforce), plus project management and whiteboarding tools (Asana, Figma) · Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a marketing team Abilities and Skills Strong HTML/CSS knowledge and understanding of email workflows Highly organised, able to manage large tasks and create detailed reports Collaborative and proactive, with a self-starter attitude Benefits Pension: Non-contributory pension scheme, Endomagnetics contribute 9% of base salary, the employee contribution is discretionary.
