The Role: Working with a variety of stakeholders across the business, you will be responsible for improving email deliverability across multiple email service providers, managing third party certification tools and working with IT functions to optimize our email platform.
You will also identify areas we can make operational improvements, translating this into requirements for business systems teams, with the goal of improving email operational efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities: Implement measures to improve deliverability rates across all of our Email Service Providers (ESPs) Manage relationships with ESPs and certification tools to ensure the constant availability of IP addresses and sending domains Monitor email IP performance and foresee and plan for potential issues Work with our marketing team to improve open rates, click through rates and optimise the entire user journey Work with our marketing team to manage the creation and maintenance of email sending domains Devise and implement effective email A/B and multivariant testing Identify opportunities with new ESPs and initiate discussions on new agreements Work with our project manager and development team to improve and integrate our proprietary email platform into new sending workflows Provide regular deliverability reports and insights to the wider team Experience: 3+ years of CRM/Marketing experience with a core focus on email Domain/IP set up and optimization Managing high volume email campaigns Data cleansing and segmentation Creating/and advising on engaging email content and structure Identify and implement automation to drive efficiency Manage and report on delivery/open to recipients inbox
