The Role: They are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) to join their team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the emotional and social development of pupils facing challenges in their learning and wellbeing.
The ELSA Teaching Assistant will work closely with class teachers and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) to deliver tailored support to individual pupils and small groups.
The role involves providing emotional and social support, helping children build resilience, develop self-confidence, and manage their emotions effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and small group support for children with emotional, social, and behavioural needs.
Implement tailored strategies and interventions to support children's emotional and social development.
