Electronics Pcb Engineer

What You'll Do :
Collaborate with the chip packaging team to drive PCB development and define breakout strategies.
Specify, develop, and commission new hardware platforms for software development and validation.
Perform Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis for high-speed designs.
Contribute to project planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of hardware solutions.
Required Skills and Experience :
Proficiency in high-speed PCB design, including stack-ups and topologies.
Expertise in escape routing analysis and pinout optimization for SoCs.
Comprehensive knowledge of SI/PI techniques from both board design and chip packaging perspectives.
Experience designing embedded systems with complex LSI devices such as FPGAs and familiarity with high-speed I/O standards like PCIe and DDR.
Desirable Skills :
Familiarity with tools such as Cadence CIS, Mentor PADS Layout, Allegro PCB Design Suite, and Hyperlynx.
Experience automating processes such as decoupling capacitor optimization, DCR, and IC placement.
A collaborative mindset with a strong ability to work effectively in a team environment.
