Responsibilities Responsible for designing high-integrity, complex systems, including board-level electronics, circuit design, and system integration.
Contribute to the prototyping, testing, and proving activities of electronic components and systems.
Work closely with other engineering teams, including mechanical, software, and systems engineers, to integrate electronic solutions into Defence platforms.
Support continuous improvement efforts and bring fresh ideas to enhance efficiency and drive technological advancements within the engineering function.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure that customer requirements are met, maintaining high levels of communication and providing technical leadership.
Skills & Experience Technical Degree/equivalent qualification or experience.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in circuit design, power electronics, analogue and digital systems, and electronics prototyping.
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., schematic capture, circuit simulation) and techniques such as DFMEA.
Experience with testing and proving activities, including functional testing, performance testing, and environmental testing.
