Possess a strong degree in a relevant discipline accredited by the IET, with typically six years of applicable experience.
Demonstrated expertise in leading or supervising projects and teams, covering both routine and complex tasks.
Comprehensive theoretical and practical understanding of electrical and electronic design principles.
Skilled in conducting analysis-based tasks, including circuit emulation, performance evaluations, and power budgeting.
Ability to identify and assess key project risks, schedule mitigations, and prioritise critical design activities.
Broad knowledge of the entire project lifecycle, from bid development to ongoing customer support.
Proven ability to apply innovative approaches to engineering challenges and leadership responsibilities.
Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues at both PCB and system levels, with the capability to determine root causes and propose procedural improvements.
Accredited as a Chartered Engineer or actively working towards achieving Chartership status.
Experienced in leading, managing, and mentoring engineers.
