Electronic Design Engineer

If you're a Firing Units Engineer with a passion for electronic engineering, we invite you to utilize your expertise in designing electronic equipment for the seamless integration of MBDA products into our platforms.
Job Title : Electronic Design Engineer Salar y: Circa £42,000 depending on experience  Location : Stevenage (We may be able to offer a relocation package for this role) Dynamic (hybrid) working : Typically for this role you will work 4-5 days a week on-site.
This is flexible and can be more or less to suit personal circumstances and project needs.
We are also open to considering a compressed hours working pattern as well as part time working hours in this role.
Security Clearance : British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply.
As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
The opportunity: Our Firing Units team is responsible for circuit design, prototyping, testing and integration/design proving of hardware needed for Launch Management systems, datalink and communications systems, as well as providing embedded computing resources for larger Command and Control systems.
