Technical Contributions Hardware Development: Design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality, reliable electronic hardware for subsea instruments such as underwater acoustic modems, Doppler velocity logs, and data loggers.
Continuous Learning: Stay current with technical advancements in areas of expertise.
What Were Looking For Manufacturing - Experienced in manufacturing processes, risk mitigation, and impact-aware problem solvingDigital Electronics -Proficient in low-power, complex digital systems, including embedded Linux and FPGAs.Analogue Electronics -Skilled in low noise, low power designs with a focus on power efficiency.Simulation -Committed to a "right first time" approach through rigorous design simulations.EMC Compliance -Knowledgeable in EN60945 and other relevant standards.PCB Design -Experienced with Altium and PCB design best practices.
Mentoring - Skilled at coaching and guiding teams in problem solving.Communication & Teamwork -Strong in proactive communication and collaboration across departments.People Management -Experienced in conducting one-on-ones, performance reviews, and career planning.Embedded Software -Basic coding for board bring-up and initial testing.Qualifications Essential: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics or related fields), with a minimum of a 2:1.
