Purpose of the Role: As an Electromechanical Assembly Technician, you will follow predefined manufacturing processes to deliver high-quality box build products.
Overtime during peak periods will be essential to meet customer deadlines.
Key Responsibilities: Support production teams in manufacturing activities.
Perform and prepare build, test, or inspection activities before and during product manufacturing.
Deliver production requirements by adhering to established instructions and processes.
Provide electronics assembly inspection support.
Maintain manufacturing documentation to ensure traceability.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and strive for zero defects in line with ISO9001 quality management standards.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience: Strong GCSE grades or equivalent in English and Maths.
Proficient hand soldering skills, adhering to IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-610 & IPC-7711/7721 (Class 3).
Understanding of industry standards and regulations to ensure safe operation of machinery and equipment.
General experience in box build manufacturing processes.
Proven proficiency in a range of processes through job-related training and on-the-job experience.
Basic PC skills with good time management abilities.
Strong attention to detail to maintain high production standards and efficiency.
Ability to actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Familiarity with working in high-technology environments.
