Electrician Hours – 37.5 hours per week and will be worked Monday – Friday 8.00am -16.00, with 30 minutes for lunch each day.
Location – Mobile Working, with travel across the East Midlands Salary - £35,755.00 per annum The Role As an Electrician within our Planned Internal Maintenance Service, you will be carrying out electrical kitchen rewires to the ring main and cooker circuits to the highest standard for our residents based across the East Midlands.
Performing consumer unit board changes where required.
Working primarily in tenanted properties but occasionally in voids.
There is an expectation you will be multi-skilled to provide an efficient, customer focused service, focused on right first-time approach.
The ideal candidate The successful person will hold a level 3 qualification in electrical installation, or similar qualification, and have experience of day-to-day maintenance in residential properties.
You will be able demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service for our customers.
The ability to travel is essential as you will travel to our customers' homes situated across the East Midlands.
