The Role: The purpose of the role of an Electrician is to ensure safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and wiring across site Ensure that electrical systems and equipment are safe, functional, and efficient.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems and make necessary repairs.
Inspect electrical systems and equipment to identify hazards or potential malfunctions.
Test and measure electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Troubleshooting Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Collaborate with other Trades Keep abreast of industry developments and trends to maintain current knowledge and skills.
Comply with Electrical Safety Rules Requirements: Knowledge of electrical systems and industry codes and standards Ability to read and interpret schematics, and technical drawings Minimum 3+ year of experience Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail C&G NVQ level 3 Qualified Electrician C&G Requirements for Electrical Installations (18th Edition) Possess JIB ECS Gold Card UK citizenship or right to work in the UK.
