Role: Electrical Technician Location: Northamptonshire Salary: £30k to £39k Key Responsibilities: Assemble Electrical Components: Build wiring harness assemblies and sensors according to detailed technical drawings, ensuring high precision and quality.
Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues from various departments on assigned projects, fostering effective teamwork and communication.
Identify Production Issues: Proactively identify and report any production issues to the department supervisor to maintain efficient workflow and quality standards.
Adhere to Health and Safety Standards: Comply with the company's Health and Safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Deliver Professional Services: Provide high-quality services to both internal and external customers, reflecting the professionalism and expertise of the company.
Resolve Technical Problems: Address and resolve both internal and external technical issues ethically and fairly, always prioritizing the company's best interests.
Optimize Resource Usage: Minimize material wastage by accurately sourcing only the required components for each project.

Qualifications: Proven experience in electrical or electronic assembly, particularly with wiring harnesses.
