Ensures all project are implemented in accordance with the design and responds timely to questions related to field conditions Develop and/or review electrical engineering technical specifications and bid documents for engineered equipment, materials engineering, and construction service contracts Lead day to day Design (where applicable) and construction management of significant elements of IBMS and electrical interface works on projects, including procurement, installation, and commissioning Oversees, scheduling and coordination of internal and external resources for project completion Oversees Job Start and Project Closeout materials Provides Electrical engineering support for manufacturing processes and equipment within the manufacturing facility by designing, specifying, purchasing and constructing mechanical systems and components Prepares agendas, develops and maintains scope, business requirements, performance specifications, procurement strategy, safety plan, master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met Ensures all punch list work is completed in a timely manner and that it does not interfere with the clients ability to occupy the space Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, support Sales with initial and follow-up quotations for customers, interface and coordinate with other plants and business units within the company and outside vendors to procure parts and services for the district Promote best practice and support & develop project team to maximise efficiency & effective delivery Responsibilities Developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinating with other engineers and contractors to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
Managing electrical projects from concept through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Overseeing and managing the project team, including subcontractors, personnel, and materials.
Interpreting and reviewing electrical engineering drawings and specifications.
