Electrical Project Manager – Grid Systems / Metering Electrical Project Manager is required by our client in Rochester, Kent.
As Electrical Project Manager your primary focus will be to deliver grid metering projects, achieving customer requirements and in accordance with project management requirements.
As Electrical Project Manager of full ownership for all project phases (project engineering, procurement & manufacture, FAT, delivery, installation, SIT, SAT & final commissioning).
As well as being accountable for interfacing and liaising with all stakeholders to ensure all objectives are met to budget and on time; you will also take responsibility for management of Project Engineers within the project delivery team, managing project resources and project budgets.
Together with project delivery you will identify and manage project risks and support and collaborate with sales/tendering during pre-sales project phases.
The Electrical Project Manager will ensure that the technical standards are maintained in all aspects of project work, in order that safe for successful project implementation.
As the Electrical Project Manager you will also be instrumental across project delivery large and small.

Electrical Project Manager permanent profile required: Seeking Project Managers withy sound knowledge and experience of precision high accuracy metering and electrical measurements Good understanding of Electrical engineering technical background and knowledge of high voltage transmission and distribution networks.
Proven background Project Management experience; formal qualifications in this are advantageous ie PMP or Prince2.
Experiences of people management are beneficial but by no means a pre-requisite.
Accomplished academic background at either HNC/Degree level qualification in electrical/electronics engineering.
Electrical Project Manager permanent contract details include: Start date: ASAP.
Contract: Permanent Salary: Up to £55,000 + discretionary bonus + additional benefits Days onsite: 2/3 days onsite a week with the rest working from home.
