Key Responsibilities Coordinate project requirements, including technical submittals and managing compliance documentation.
Collaborate with the Contracts Manager and project team to update progress reports and ensure project alignment.
Monitor and enforce compliance with building regulations, standards, and health & safety policies.
Attend site meetings, managing RFIs, variations, and procurement support alongside the Quantity Surveyor.
Ensure accurate, up-to-date project documentation and oversee the commissioning and handover process.
In return you will receive a base of between £50k-£65k depending upon experience.
