Electrical Package Manager

On behalf of our EPC client, Petroplan is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager for a Greenfield Electrification Project.
This role involves managing critical electrical packages for a "normally unattended" facility, integrating both greenfield and brownfield elements.
This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong technical foundation and an established background in project management within electrical engineering, seeking to lead a high-impact project in a supportive, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities: Electrical Package Oversight: Manage major electrical packages, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and project goals.
Client and Team Interface: Serve as the main liaison between the client's project team and internal teams, including procurement and engineering.
RFQ and Schedule Coordination: Lead the RFQ process and coordinate with construction teams on project timelines and build sequence.
Supplier and Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with equipment suppliers and secure stakeholder support.
Required Experience and Skills: Electrical Engineering Expertise: Extensive experience in electrical package management on major projects.
Technical Coordination: Skilled in managing large equipment packages (e.g., switchgear, transformers, VSDs) and resolving technical issues.
ICSS Knowledge: Familiarity with Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) is a plus.
Strong Communication Skills: Proven ability to manage stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams.
