Adecco Engineering are seeking an experienced Electrical Equipment Maintenance Technician to join their client's organisation based in Inverclyde.

Work pattern - 12 hour shifts As an Electrical Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and minor repairs on various manufacturing equipment within a clean-room environment.
Your role will contribute to improving tool availability and maximising cycle time, ensuring smooth operations.
What you'll do: Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs effectively and safely, enhancing tool performance in the longer term.
Collaborate with the PM Group to ensure robust schedules and improved tool availability.
Work closely with the Shift Manager and Equipment Engineering to prioritise tasks and meet online priorities.
Utilise problem-solving methodologies such as Why-Why Analysis and Difference Analysis to correct and prevent equipment faults.
Provide written updates and communicate effectively through SAP work orders and timely shift reports to the Shift Maintenance Manager.
What you'll need: Relevant degree, HNC or HND or equivalent in Engineering discipline Previous experience within a clean-room environment in the electronics or semiconductor industry, preferred Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
Mechanical maintenance experience or knowledge is desirable.
