Were looking to recruit a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician or industrial electrician who will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining electrical systems within our factories and offices.
In this role you will be expected to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems, and you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical work is done in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Responsibilities Install, maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment in our factories and offices Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation Troubleshoot electrical problems and diagnose issues with electrical systems and equipment Install and maintain electrical control systems for industrial machinery and equipment Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards and regulations Communicate with other tradespeople and employees to complete projects and repairs Provide training and guidance to apprentices and junior electricians Keep accurate records of electrical work performed Maintain an inventory of electrical equipment Requirements Electrical qualifications Experience working in industrial environments (factories) Ability to work safely and effectively Multi-tasking ability Drivers Licence, as travel to our site in West Bromwich may be required Benefits Company pension Free car park Cycle to work scheme 25 days holiday, plus statutory days.
