Subject to annual pay award.Estates and Facilities Management Electrical Maintenance Operative An excellent opportunity has arisen for an electrician to join one of the UK's leading Universities in their Estates & Facilities team.
You will work within the Electrical Maintenance team alongisde colleagues to support and ensure the completion of reactive and planned maintenance work across the Loughborough Univeristy.
Your new roleThe role will require you to be part of a technical response team, ensuring asset management, H&S, work processes and compliance tasks carried out safely and on time.
What you'll need to succeed- City and Guilds Electrical Technical Qualifications or equivalent.- BS 7671 "current" Edition Requirements for Electrical Installations- Experience of working within an electrical team- Experience of working in occupied premises.- To have served an indentured apprenticeship or equivalent experience or equivalent practical experience.- Practical IT skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook diary management, and ability to use maintenance management softwareOur Benefits* The University offers an unbeatable working environment and benefits package with options to suit everyone.
