Job Description Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Portsmouth  – £38,432 per annum    Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a fresh start?

If this sounds like you, please read on… CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Portsmouth carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance within a Hospital.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical building maintenance.
  This position would be ideal for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression.
In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of £38,432 with a potential route into further career progression.
Key duties & Responsibilities \n Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) \n Emergency lighting tests \n Control Panels \n Changing Ballast \n BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
Hot & cold) \n Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance \n Maintain and update Log books \n Plumbing - Unblocking toilets \n Pumps, motors \n Water Treatment \n Hours of Work  4 Week work rota \n Week 1 - Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:15 pm \n Week 2 - Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:15 pm \n Week 3 - Monday to Wednesday OFF, Thursday 12:15 pm - 10 pm, Friday 12 pm - 9 pm, Sat & Sun 8 am - 10 pm \n Week 4 - Monday to Wednesday 12:15 - 10pm, Thursday to Sunday OFF \n Package  \n Salary of £38,432 (Inclusive of Shift Allowance) \n Pension Scheme \n 25 days annual leave (+ public holidays) \n Life Cover equivalent to 1 times annual salary \n 24/7 Employee Assistance Program and access to mental wellbeing app \n Employee discount shopping schemes on major brands and retailers \n Gym membership discounts  \n Cycle to work scheme  \n Broad range of learning opportunities, such as professional qualifications, collective/individual training, and personalized support programmes \n Requirements \n Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Essential) \n City & Guilds - 18th Edition (Essential) \n Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates \n A proven track record in commercial building maintenance \n Multi-skilled \n Good communication skills \n Client Facing \n Please email your CV to Archie of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on this opportunity ''
