Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Commercial Building– London Bridge – up to £46,000 per annum CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based on a commercial office building in London Bridge.
He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance.
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £46,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.
Package and Hours of work: A basic salary up to £46,000 Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 17:00 pm Plenty of overtime  25 days holiday Company Pension Scheme Excellent career progression opportunities Key Duties & Responsibilities Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) Emergency lighting tests Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
