**Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) ** 2-month contract min (Ongoing Work) Location: Northwich (Cheshire) Rate: Up to £35.00p/h DOE (Limited Co. / Umbrella) Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (12-hour shifts) Mechanical / maintenance / machinery We are collaborating with a leading company that specializes in project management, installations, and site maintenance, with a focus on serving food processing and manufacturing clients.
They are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer , to assist with general maintenance work.
As Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be required to conduct the following duties: Performing routine maintenance – Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, including PLC's, motors, and control panels Electrical Repairs- Diagnose and resolving electrical faults to minimize downtime System Optimization- Assist In optimizing electrical systems for improved efficiency and reliability Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and electrical repairs Safety Compliance – Adhere to all electrical safety standards and practices The successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer will need to have the following attributes: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Experience in Electrical Maintenance within a Food Production Environment Strong troubleshooting skills The benefits of this position: Opportunity to work with a highly reputable organisation, and repeat contract work to meet future business demands/workloads Autonomy to get on with the job, whilst working as part of good team Busy reactive maintenance environment Outside IR35 – suitable for Limited company contractor or Umbrella I am looking to speak to talented Electrical maintenance engineers, who are looking for a rewarding and challenging contract position.
