What You Will Do Provide rapid technical assistance in resolving equipment and plant malfunctions, including fault-finding repairs and refurbishments.
Develop and refine local operating procedures to maximise efficiency and minimise waste.
Train operators in safe equipment operation and promote up-skilling.
Implement planned maintenance of jigs, fixtures, plant, and other equipment to optimise production efficiency.
Assist in the integration of new plant and equipment into the production environment.
Continuously strive to eliminate and reduce waste within the manufacturing process.
What You Will Bring Relevant C & G Electrical qualification plus 18th edition, engineering degree, HNC, or HND.
Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience with PLC programming and fault finding.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage projects effectively.
