The role: This Technical Lead role involves managing Interconnect work packages across a range of products, focusing on creating customized cable designs that meet specific customer, environmental, and technical needs.
The position requires end-to-end responsibility for delivering manufacturable, cost-effective solutions on time and to quality standards.
Key duties include planning workloads, budgeting, conducting design reviews, and generating documentation, all while coordinating closely with various internal departments and external suppliers.
