Job Description Maintenance Electrician (FM) Salisbury, Wiltshire Carbon60 are looking for an experienced Building Service Electrician to join their global real estate client's team, based at a site in Salisbury.

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm Contract: Permanent *DBS Required before starting, once onboarded a BPSS will be processed funded by employer* Main Duties: Ensure all assigned Planned Preventative Maintenance for electrical activities is completed to schedule Carry out routine maintenance work associated with all electrical systems Isolate defective equipment from power supply, check visually for faults, tests for faults, isolates the problem areas and take corrective action to repair the problem.
The installation of electrical systems and associated equipment followed up with the appropriate certification.
Respond to reactive maintenance requests as directed Comply with all company procedures Taking an active part in the on-call system, which may require the applicant to become an authorised person for your relevant competency.
Adherence to all current company procedures.
