Purpose of Role We are looking for a Maintenance Electrician with a strong commercial background to join our in-house maintenance team at the London Stadium in Stratford.
Job Description This is a unique environment to work in – covering a variety of commercial settings.
At times, it can be very fast-paced; however, we generally offer a laidback culture away from event days/buildup.
The Maintenance Electrician would be responsible for undertaking electrical and building maintenance works including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs to electrical building services systems and infrastructure to include power, 3-Phase, distribution, emergency lighting, lamp/ballast/socket repairs, and alarms.
They will ensure compliance against the contractual SLA's and support the compliant delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works across the hard services operation.
This position has guaranteed overtime as our maintenance team is required to provide OOH support during match days, music events, and other sporting events in the summer (Baseball, Athletics, etc).
Responsibilities Undertake electrical and building maintenance works. Perform PPM servicing and reactive breakdown repairs. Ensure compliance with contractual SLA's. Support the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works. Essential Qualifications/Skills Previously worked in a commercial environment. Ideally worked in a high-footfall environment like retail. Strong maintenance and fault-finding knowledge. 18th Edition + NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (Essential). C&G Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent) – would be useful.
