This role is a mix of practical hands-on diagnostic / production work alongside office based duties producing drawings, BoM's and providing technical expertise and support to both internal and external stakeholders.You will have at least 2 years commercial experience in a similar role and have the knowledge and technical ability to competently get involved with the diagnostics of electrical faults on all types of vehicles.
As an Auto Electrician / Electrical Engineer – Automotive, a large part of the role with involve office-based work in the engineering department solving technical problems, working on product improvements and helping manufacturing and production with technical drawings and other related technical documentation.Along with practical hands-on experience of automotive electrical fault diagnosis you should be a competent user of 2D AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
