Key Responsibilities Electrical Design & Development: Design and develop electrical systems, components, and circuits for new and existing products, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Project Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Mechanical Engineering, Production, and Quality Assurance, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Testing & Validation: Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems, analyzing performance data to refine and improve designs.
Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and design specifications, ensuring all designs meet company standards.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve product designs and manufacturing processes, focusing on reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in electrical design, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with PLCs, motor control systems, and automation.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and experience working effectively within cross-functional teams.
