Electrical Design Engineer

Title: Electrical Design Engineer Role: Special Purpose Machinery Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £45k-£55k Platform Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturer that develops special purpose machinery from early-stage concepts through to onsite installation.
They're looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join an expanding design team.
You will need to be capable of delivering highly robust and thoroughly tested design solutions as well as leading development on new projects.

The Role: + Produce electrical drawings
+ Design components & assemblies
+ Ownership of product development
+ Develop & test new technologies
+ Machine setup, testing & demonstration
+ Stakeholder management
Requirements: + Experience in electrical schematic design
+ Panel wiring and design
+ Previously taken a product from concept to production
+ Special purpose machinery/capital equipment industry experience
+ Design machine modules and frames
+ Hands on and practical
