The Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Technician is a field-based opportunity across the West Yorkshire region, with occasional travel to the North of England to look after 17 sites.
This opportunity will enable you to focus on the Electrical , Control , and instrumentation maintenance of reciprocating engines and associated plant equipment.
As an electrically biased Technician, your efforts will be directed at the fault finding and successful repair of EC&I components such as thermocouples, relays, pumps, motors and engine control systems , while assisting the mechanical engineers with some light hands-on maintenance.
The successful candidate will ideally possess the following qualifications and experience: 18th Edition, BS 7671 HNC / HND or equivalent in Electrical Engineering Electrical maintenance of engines and auxiliary equipment HV Authorised Person (AP) status is desirable but not essential.
Prior HV experience would be a distinct advantage, however, our client will provide HV training to the successful EC&I Engineer.
