Electrical Contracts Manager

Mane are looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join their client, a leading MEP contractor at their offices in Bishop's Stortford.
Responsibilities Ensure efficient and effective operation of the managed branch, prioritizing Health and Safety for both staff and site Oversee projects within the designated region Ensure all work is completed within budgetary constraints Manage cash flow and billing accuracy within the branch Maintain high levels of client satisfaction Increase sales and enhance estimating opportunities Guarantee that all work meets required standards Duties: Ensure adherence to project scopes Maintain regular communication with site project managers Confirm that equipment is properly maintained and serviced Conduct site inspections using the standard Site Inspection Form (F088) Oversee on-site safety and housekeeping practices Manage on-site personnel, including apprentices and subcontractors Confirm that all team members are qualified to perform their duties Identify and arrange any necessary on-site training Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnership Ensure branch operations meet CMS requirements Seek opportunities to enhance the quality of service through system improvements Take accountability for personal health, safety, and environmental impact Qualifications City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification Significant experience in a supervisory role Salary - £60-66k per annum + benefits
