Electrical Contracts Manager

Electrical Contracts Manager (MTC) Belfast £50k to £655k Details: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Early Friday Finish, Healthcare, Pension, 1 Day WFH, 30 Days Holiday, Uniform, Company Car.
Day to Day:Ensuring Projects Electrical Contractual Requirements are delivered on time and within budget.
Projects: Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Hospitality & Leisure, Life Sciences & Residential through their Major Projects, Facilities Management & Specialist Projects divisions.
Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Relevant Qualification.
3+ years post qualification experience working as a Contracts Manager.
Experience from a Construction or M&E background.
Contract Management, Procurement, and Client Meetings.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Full drivers licence and proficient on MS Office.
