Electrical Contract Manager

Job Description Residential Contract Manager - London -8am till 5pm Mon to Fri The requirement is for an experienced Electrical Manager with building management experience of Managing a Engineering Services contract and a residential team operating a 24/7 split continental shift.
Must have an eye for great detail working in a prestigious London Building.
A friendly, personable approach is vital in dealing with the client, whilst strong authority is demanded for ensuring satisfactory delivery of all services.
\n \n Established qualified Electrical engineer \n Possess relevant and Up To date associated F-GAS and NVQ Qualifications.
\n Experience of working in a regulated environment, ideally Financial Services \n Experience of presenting/reporting to Senior Management/client \n Comprehensive working experience from an Electrical, HVAC and Building Services environment.
