Key Responsibilities: Design and Implement EV Charging Stations: Lead the design, placement, and installation of EV charging stations, including Level 2 and DC fast-charging systems.

Integrate EV Infrastructure with the Power Grid: Work on projects that integrate EV charging systems with the power grid, addressing challenges like load balancing, peak demand, and energy storage.

Conduct Site Assessments and Feasibility Studies: Perform site assessments to evaluate optimal locations for EV charging infrastructure, considering factors like accessibility, energy demand, and environmental impact.
You'll conduct feasibility studies that inform project planning and deployment.
Develop Smart Charging Solutions and Demand Management: Design and implement smart charging solutions that manage charging times and loads efficiently, optimizing for both user convenience and grid stability.
You'll explore vehicle-to-grid (V2G) and load management technologies to enhance infrastructure resilience.
Ensure Compliance with Safety and Regulatory Standards: Ensure that all charging stations comply with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and industry certifications (e.g., NEC, UL).
You'll oversee testing and quality control to maintain safe and reliable charging operations.
Collaborate on EV Infrastructure Expansion Plans: Work with urban planners, municipalities, and private sector partners to expand charging networks and support EV adoption.

Experience Requirements: 3+ years of experience in EV infrastructure engineering or a similar role, with hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining EV charging systems.
