East Hampshire District Council are looking for an Electoral Services Assistant to join our Electoral Services team who will assist in maintaining the Register of Electors and all aspects of elections work.
This is a perfect opportunity to come and develop your skills.We are looking for someone who isorganised, self-motivated andenthusiastic, who is interested in playing an important part in the Elections Team.
Electoral Service experience is not essential, we request that you have IT and administration experience, that you are able to communicate effectively with a range of people, able to work to deadlines and the ability to respond successfully to change.
During election periods, you will be required to work additional hours, outside normal office hours.
Closing date for receipt of applications is Wednesday 4 th December 2024.
Interviews will be held on Monday 9 th December 2024.
