eLearning Product Manager Full-time, permanent £42,000 per annum 1 day a week on site (Midlands) About Our client is an esteemed chartered body based in the Midlands area, who are the key leaders in their field of specialism.
They have undergone organisational strategy development over the past few years to incorporate more digital learning into their education offering, and are now on the lookout for an eLearning Product Manager to continue the growth of this area over the coming years.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Digital Learning professional to step up into a role grounded in strategy and creativity, as well at team leadership.
The purpose of the role will be to lead on the full product development lifecycle for the organisations learning qualifications portfolio; ranging from digital learning programmes to in-person training assessments.
Aside from this, the successful role holder will be responsible for contributing to the continuous growth of the current eLearning provision in place, looking out to the market to ensure they are ahead of their competitors.
As well as this, there will be a need for strategic contribution to assist in establishing new processes and ways of working.
There is also a need to manage a small team of 3, ensuring they have all they need in order to succeed in their roles to the best of their abilities.
The ideal person will have experience in: Managing at least one other team member (will be managing up to 3 Product Developers) End-to-end learning design (Scripting, storyboarding, and development in Articulate 360) End-to-end product lifecycle (Creating new course/qualification ideas and creating them) Understanding of LMS and eLearning tools (Moodle) Consultation of a new eLearning/blended strategy Working across blended, F2F and eLearning Work with SMEs and stakeholders Aside from a salary of up to £42,000 per annum, this position also offers an initial 25 days leave, pension scheme options, employee wellbeing support, medical cash back plans, and much more!
