Job DescriptionElderly Befriender Care Assistant£500 welcome bonusDrivers and cyclists needed£13.39 per hour (£15 earned wage including holiday pay) with working availability during the week and alternate weekends.
Guaranteed hoursHome Instead Norfolk is expanding its team and looking for caring, compassionate Elderly Befriender Care Assistants to support clients living at home with a range of needs throughout Norfolk and in your local area.We currently have Care vacancies available with immediate starts.
With clients needing a mixture of morning, afternoon and evening support.
At Home Instead we have a variety of working patterns, these are listed below:7am-10pm7am-6pm7am-2pm7am-12pm9am-10pm2pm -10pm6pm-10pmAll our care professionals work alternative weekends availability and typically work between 10-35 hours per week.We're looking for candidates who may already have experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Elderly Befriender or in Domiciliary Care.We would also love to hear from anyone who has experience caring for loved ones or been a volunteer.

Your role may include:· Companionship· Helping with some possible personal care· Helping with mobility around the home· Overseeing medication and providing medical support· Helping with housework such as cleaning and vacuuming· Preparing and cooking meals· Running errands such as food shopping or picking up prescriptionsCare Assistants MUST have a Valid UK Driving Licence (with access to a vehicle for work purposes) and have the Right to work in the UK as we currently do not offer sponsorship.
