Due to the development and continued growth of the firm's Employer Liability & Public Liability department, they are looking to recruit a talented and experienced senior manager to help oversee the teams and ensure the work remains of high quality and technical to comply with audits and competency frameworks.
You will identify training and development needs and implement changes across the department.
The ideal candidate will be competent in handling EL / PL cases to £250,000 with experience of leadership.
