Director MQ4 Management Unit (DMQ4MU) is responsible for the sustainment of the new MQ-4C Triton Uncrewed Aircraft System and its associated ground segments and training systems. DMQ4MU is also responsible for SRSPO support to the AIR7001 MQ-4C Triton major capital acquisition project. This key leadership role sets MQ4MU's strategic direction by establishing priorities and managing risk across all elements of the MQ-4C program to enable delivery of cutting-edge aerospace capability outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
Lead a multi-disciplinary team comprised of Military and Civilian personnel who are specialists in project management, engineering, and integrated logistics support management.Provide leadership across the MQ-4C Triton Enterprise, interpreting RAAF operational and capability manager needs to deliver materiel outcomes through effective industry and United States Navy partner engagement.Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of program strategies, performance, plans and risks through the capability lifecycle. About our Team
Surveillance and Response Systems Program Office (SRSPO) ensures the availability and performance of highly complex surveillance and response airborne and related systems for the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) – including the MQ-4C Triton, a new remotely piloted high altitude long endurance aircraft system and the P-8A Poseidon aircraft system. SRSPO also acquires and supports common Aircrew Life Support Equipment (ALSE) used on air vehicles operated by the RAAF, Navy and Army.

You will have proven commercial acumen and exceptional engagement and communication skills with a track record of achieving alignment across diverse stakeholders.
